EF Coach (Contractor)

Coaching Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly/biweekly one-on-one virtual sessions with students.

  • Provide accountability checks to support student goals.

  • Communicate with families, teachers, and team members as needed.

  • Monitor school portals, assignments, and routines.

  • Educate families about ADHD and executive function skills.

  • Complete assessments, session notes, and reports in a timely manner.

Compensation & Structure

  • $32.50 per 30-minute session

  • $65 per 50-minute session

  • Rates increase to $35 & $70 after training & probationary period

  • Contractors paid monthly

  • Caseload of 4–15 students depending on availability

  • Reports to Program Coaching Director

About Us
Connected Pathways Coaching (CPC) provides virtual executive function coaching for students worldwide, grades 3 through post-graduate. Our coaches empower students with skills in motivation, organization, planning, time management, regulation, and problem-solving. Coaching is not tutoring—it’s skill development and brain-based strategies that lead to independence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of (or willingness to be trained in) executive functions, ADHD, and brain-based learning.

  • Completion of CPC training programs:

    • Executive Function Certification Coach Program (30 hours)

    • Academic Coaching training (40 hours)

  • Comfort working with middle school, high school, and college students.

  • Reliable internet, Zoom account, and a quiet professional environment for virtual sessions.
